Multi-purpose cash assistance

We would like to inform you that the registration hotlines for multi-purpose cash assistance and technical support will not work from February 19 to 23 due to operational necessity. In addition, please be advised that the acceptance of requests for winter heating assistance has been suspended due to the completion of the financial assistance programme for the current season. We appreciate your understanding.

Estonian Refugee Council is providing multi-purpose cash assistance (MPC)

to support Ukrainians affected by the war. We are supporting various target groups in the following oblasts: Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv.

The consideration for multi-purpose cash assistance depends on assessing a household as vulnerable against categories of socio-economic and protection-oriented vulnerability criteria. The initial pre-approval is based on the information provided by the primary applicant representing the household during the call with the ERC team or via submitting an online assistance request. If the decision on your application is positive, the amount of assistance is 3,600 UAH per person per month for the duration of 3 months. The cash assistance amount will be transferred to the bank account specified by you. Households who following assessment are found to have already received similar assistance from another agency or organisation – for the same period – are excluded from ERC’s MPC assistance.

Due to the high number of requests, you can re-apply for receiving multi-purpose cash assistance six months after receiving the previous payment. Thank you for your understanding!

In order to receive assistance, you need to:
